Online Student Records Request and Payment System
Stanly County Schools is now offering a secure and convenient way to request and receive student records. Simply click on the link https://scsk12.scribonline.com/foldreq/request.html to access the Student Records Request Form, complete the required fields, provide valid form and payment, and we will begin processing your request.
In the interest of security, and expedited service, phone and fax requests will no longer be accepted.
The following fee will apply:

$5 per document requested (i.e. If you request 2 transcripts, 1 immunization record, the processing fee will be 3 x $5= $15) |
Upon submission of your request, you will receive a confirmation that your request has been received. Our Student Records Team will retrieve and mail the record(s) to the address (s) designated on the form. Once mailed, your payment will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation and receipt.
