High School Registration
High School Registration Process
A District Curriculum Night was held on January 23, 2020. Students in grades 8-12 and their families were invited to attend. Teachers and other staff were available to market their programs and courses to increase awareness and interest in our course offerings.
Career Development Coordinators collaborate with guidance counselors and high school teachers to teach students about xello, an online platform to help students learn more about college and career options. Students complete an interest inventory that matches them up with possible careers based on their responses. A course planner assists students in planning out their high school courses to match their future plans.
High School teachers assist students with the xello process, advising them along the way.
Guidance counselors meet with students to map out the courses for their postsecondary goals. The course requests are then entered into PowerSchool.
Please reach out to the guidance counselor at your school if you have questions.
