Employee Portal

The Sun Pac Employee Portal allows employees to log in to a secure website to view and/or print current or previous check stubs. The check stubs will include the date, amount of the check, the check number, as well as, miscellaneous deductions and leave used and earned for the current period and for year-to-date.

Opening the Sun Pac Employee Portal
Please have your current pay stub with you as you register for the Portal.
Employees can access the site from any computer that has a web browser.
  1. Open the Internet Browser on any computer.
  2. Type in www.stanlycountyschools.org__ on the address line.
  3. Click on STAFF on the Stanly County Schools homepage.
  4. The STAFF page has Payroll listed on there.
  5. Under Payroll, click on Employee Portal
 
  1. Click on Register with Employee Portal.
  2. Type in First and Last Name as it appears on your Pay Check Stub.
  3. Type in Social Security Number.
  4. Type in a username. This is the name you will use to log on to the system.
  5. *Email address is not required.
  6. Type in a password. The password must be at least 5 characters long and must contain one non-alphanumeric character (i.e. @, _, *, etc).
  7. Confirm your password.
  8. Select one of the security questions. This question will be used if you forget your password.
  9. Type in the answer to your security question.
  10. Click on “Register.” A screen will appear letting you know that the user was created successfully. Click “Continue” to return to the log on screen and log on with your username and password.
  11. Type in your User Name.
  12. Type in Password.
  13. Click “Log In”.
  14. The employee screen will appear with dates of pay checks. Click on “view” beside the pay check that you want to look at.
  15. To print a copy of your pay stub, click on VIEW PDF and then click on the printer icon.
  16. When finished click “log out”.
