Mentor Resources

Mentors are a vital part of the successful career of new teachers in Stanly County Schools. The induction of beginning teachers in our school system and in North Carolina is of extreme importance. During this induction period, it is critical for beginning teachers to receive the support provided by effective mentors. In addition, the process of becoming a mentor and serving in that role enables our mentors to enhance their own professional growth. The dedication of the time and resources mentors are willing to give is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
