Current Requests for Proposals (RFP)
Stanly County School District is soliciting proposals for classroom technology. The entirety of the Vision 2020 project will span 3 years and will be divided into 3 installation phases. This request for proposals is for Phase 1 and will commence March 1, 2018 with a projected end date of December 2020. The products and services listed below will be procured through a competitive bid process and will be awarded based on a best value procurement method. These products and services will be installed and utilized in all classrooms to promote digital teaching and learning. Proposals should also include all warranty information and costs (including installation if requested on RFP).
Each proposal should consider the quantity when drafting an offer for the products and services. When bidding, each product should be bid separately unless otherwise specified. When submitting a proposal, please include total costs including but not limited to taxes, installation, shipping and handling.
