Join us for Game Day Ready, an event offering FREE sports physicals to all Stanly County Middle and High School student athletes.
Your child will be provided with orthopedic and general wellness assessments by our team of expert providers.
Stop the Bleed® and hands-only CPR training will also
be available.

Sports physical and consent forms must be completed, signed by a parent and brought to the
event in order for your child to receive a physical.
