The Infinite Campus Parent Portal is Now Available!

The new parent portal for the NC Student Information System, Infinite Campus, is now available.  You can follow the steps below to create your Parent Portal account.

Before beginning the process, you will need the following information:

• your student’s ID number (lunch number)
• your student’s first and last name
• your student’s date of birth

1. Visit the following website: https://portalaccess.ncsis.gov/

• Follow the steps to get your student’s account access information

2. Visit the following website: https://840.ncsis.gov/parent

• Choose New User
• Follow the steps to create your portal account

3. Download the Campus Parent App & Login

Please contact your student’s school if you need assistance enabling your portal account.
