Personnel Announcement

Stanly County Schools is pleased to announce Ms. Mandy Hall as the new Principal of Norwood Elementary School. 

 

Ms. Hall began her career in education as a teacher assistant while attending college, an experience that provided her with a strong foundation in classroom instruction and student support. She later taught 3rd grade before transitioning into the role of an Exception Children Teacher where she gained extensive experience in differentiated instruction and meeting diverse needs of students. 

 

Her career continued as an Instructional Facilitator, where she supported teachers with curriculum implementation and instructional practices. Ms. Hall’s leadership journey advanced further as she served as an Assistant Principal at both the elementary and high school levels. She brings with her 19 years of experience in education. 

 

Ms. Hall obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Pfeiffer University, her Master of School Administration from UNC Pembroke and holds her Licensure in EC Learning Disabled K-12, Elementary Education K-6, and School Administration K-12. 

 

Ms. Hall shared, “I am honored and excited to serve as the new Principal of Norwood. I look forward to building strong relationships with students, families, and staff as we work together to ensure every child thrives. I believe that every student can succeed when challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.”
