Draft 2 of the proposed K–12 Mathematics Standards is now available for review, and North Carolina Department of Public Instruction is inviting feedback from all stakeholders — including parents, teachers, administrators, and students.
While these new standards won’t be implemented until the 2028–2029 school year, your input now is essential in shaping what math instruction will look like for years to come.
