Stanly County Schools is pleased to announce Judith Taylor as the district’s new Executive Director of Student Services.

Mrs. Taylor brings a wealth of educational leadership experience and a strong passion for serving students, families, and school communities. She has previously served Stanly County Schools as Director of Elementary Education and Federal Programs, as well as in school administration roles across the district.

Prior to joining Stanly County Schools, Mrs. Taylor served in Kannapolis City Schools as an administrator, academic coach, and teacher. She began her career in education with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Taylor has remained committed to creating supportive learning environments and building meaningful relationships that positively impact students and staff.

“I have always loved schools and the opportunities they provide to serve others, build meaningful relationships, and positively impact the community,” said Taylor. “In Student Services, my mission is to create positive ripples through every interaction, decision, and support structure provided for students, families, and staff.”

As Executive Director of Student Services, Mrs. Taylor will continue supporting district initiatives focused on student success, family engagement, and providing resources that help meet the diverse needs of all learners.

Stanly County Schools is excited for Mrs. Taylor to continue serving the district in this leadership role and looks forward to the positive impact she will make across the school community.
