📈 Stanly County Schools is a District on the Rise!
We are proud to share that Education Scorecard has recognized Stanly County Schools as one of just 108 "Districts on the Rise" nationwide for the 2024–2025 school year.
Even more exciting, Stanly County Schools was recognized for both reading and mathematics, making us one of only three North Carolina school districts to earn this distinction in both academic areas.
The report, developed by researchers from Harvard, Stanford, and Dartmouth, highlights districts that are outperforming similar school systems and demonstrating exceptional academic growth.
This recognition reflects the dedication of our students, teachers, school leaders, support staff, families, and community. Every classroom lesson, every intervention, every encouraging conversation, and every opportunity to help students succeed contributes to this achievement.
